Place application documents in an envelope. Mark "Application Documents for Refugee Higher Education Program Enclosed" in red ink on the front and send via Simplified Registered Mail (簡易書留).3
Notification of Document Screening Results: Mid-August

Interview Examination: Late August
* Conducted online.

* Applicants who applied to Japanese-taught courses will be asked to take a Japanese language proficiency examination.

Notification of the Selection Result for Recommendation: Early September
* Recommendations are finalized based on an integrated evaluation of documents, interviews, and written tests.
